A 'Farmers Market' will be created within a specially designed marquee. Here a wide range of produce from the US, UK and France will be showcased. There will be pastry demonstrations from award-winning Gale Gand, wine tastings from famous vignerons, internationally renowned farmers sampling produce, along with book signings and interviews with key chefs, celebrities and authors. |
