|For the more indulgent, you may want to put your culinary flair to the test with a week in our world famous Ecole de Cuisine. Stay for five glorious nights at Le Manoir as a student of L'Ecole and receive four days tuition.
Each day of the 4 day / 5 night course will follow a similar timetable and will include the following:
Hot and cold starters, including souffles and home-made ravioli.
Selection of fresh fish with accompanying vegetables including Nage de Poissons and Papillote de Saumon et Turbot.
Preparation and presentation of meats with accompanying sauces.
Patisserie including a chocolate demonstration.
The 4 day/5 night residential courses include tuition, five nights accommodation in one of Le Manoir's superb bedrooms, continental breakfast daily, four informal lunches, five dinners including Raymond Blanc's celebrated seven course Menu Gourmand with accompanying wines.
Partners of participants are welcome to stay throughout the course free of charge, although their meals and drinks are charged for separately. Lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant with your fellow students and respective partners.
However, if time is limited for you then perhaps either our one or two day courses are more preferrable.
