The setting up and preparation for a delicious three-course dinner party will enable you to get ahead of time allowing you the opportunity to relax with your guests. Recipes include "tartare of smoked salmon", "carre d'agneau with a provencal herb crust and tian of aubergine. If desserts are your biggest challenge, during the afternoon's course you will be guided through the preparation of the best crème anglaise, soufflés, an assortment of chocolate desserts and pastry cream.
