Each day at Le Manoir's Ecole de Cuisine follows a similar timetable and features the following:
Tuesday   Selection of fresh fish with vegetables
Wednesday   Preparation and presentation of meats
Thursday   Patisserie including chocolate demonstration.
Champagne reception and presentation of certificates.
Dinner - seven course menu gourmand with wine
Friday   Breakfast and depart
